2 bar spoons Simple syrup
Top Soda Water

Sugar For The Rim
1 1/3oz (40ml) Vodka
2/3oz (20ml) Cointreau
2/3oz (20ml) Fresh Lime Juice
1 Green Cocktail Cherry Garnish
