WHAT IS IDEAL RATIO OF FLOUR TO WATER FOR DOUGH KNEADING
Water To Flour Ratio
In this national dough machine,
Use 320 ml water for 500 grams (half kg) wheat flour
Use 600 ml water for 1 kg wheat flour
Use 1200 ml water for 2 kg wheat flour
Remember that you will get measuring cup with this dough machine
HOW TO USE DOUGH KNEADING MACHINE
Fix the hole of the blade to the shaft at base of steel container
Shift the dry wheat flour into steel container
Set the cover over steel container. Turn the cover to the right so that two triangular marks (both on the cover and stopper) match with each other. Now the transparent cover is securely shut
turn the switch knob to the "KNEAD" position. pilot lamp will light up that indicates that machine is in operation
Pour water from the holes of cover according to your taste. Use cold water in summers
Kneading will be completed within 4 minutes. Turn the switch knob to the left at "OFF" position
Now, turn the cover to the left and remove it. Take off the kneaded dough. Always switch off the national dough machine before taking out the kneaded dough
