Here is the vocabulary contained in Jonas´s lingala Vlog number 4. Please correct any mistake I may have made (I am not a native lingala speaker)


kokoma (na …) : to get to, to arrive at (a place) / example: Tokomi na ndako (We got home)
kosomba: to buy / example: Asombi baordinateur mibale (He bought two computers)
kobanza: to think / example: Obanzi ete ordinateur oyo ezali malamu? (Do you think this computer is good?)
kosunga: to help / example: Nzambe asunga biso (May God help us)
makasi: hard, a lot / example: Tokosala makasi (We will work hard)
komona: to see / example : Namoni yo te (I didn´t see you)
komema:to carry, to transport / example: Bamama bazomema bana ba ye ( The mothers are carrying their children)
ntango mosusu / tango mosusu: perhaps, maybe / example: Tango mosusu tata na yo akoki kosunga yo (Maybe your daddy can help you)
bilamba (plural of elamba): clothes / example: Alongoli bilamba (She took off her clothes)
lisusu te: not any more / example: Kozonga awa lisusu te ! /Do not come back here any more!
mbongo: money / example: Nazali na mbongo mingi te (I don´t have a lot a money)
kosila: to finish, to be finished /example: Bolingo na biso mibale ekosila te (The love between us two will never end)
fungola: key / example: Fungola ya motuka ezali wapi? (Where is the car key?)
kozwa: to get, to obtain / example: Ozwi mbongo wapi ? (Where did you get the money?)
