If your Instagram Boost button is not working or your post isn't eligible for promotion, follow these quick steps to troubleshoot and fix it.

✅ Step 1: Use a Business or Creator Account
To boost posts, your account must be set to Business or Creator.

Go to your Instagram Profile

Tap Settings

Select Switch to Professional Account

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup

✅ Step 2: Check If Your Post is Eligible
Not all posts can be boosted.
Posts may be restricted if they:

Contain too much text

Violate Instagram’s Ad Policies
