An interview with the widow of the Flying Tiger's Commander General Claire Lee Chennault. After his death in 1958, Anna went on to establish herself as an author, businesswomen, lecturer and citizen-diplomat. She was an active player in Asian and American politics for several Republican administrations. This interview has been uploaded in its entirety and has never been broadcast until now. She talks about the competitive political life in Washington D.C, discrimination in the US (and being called a Dragon Lady), her thoughts on the 1989 Beijing massacre and her role as a secret ambassador for dealings with South Vietnam during the Vietnam War and the Republic of Taiwan. The interview was conducted in 1999 in Washington D.C.
