My first attempt at the Kielder Dark Skies Marathon at Kielder Water in Northumberland. Organised by Trail Outlaws this is a challenging 45km anticlockwise lap of the reservoir on lovely trails. The weather proved to be challenging, drizzle gave way to heavy rain which made it a tough run.
Superbly organised by Trail Outlaws and great to share a weekend with my family, friends, marshals and competitors.
