Описание: Introducing Apogee Instruments’ new leveling system the AL-120 Solar Mounting Bracket with Leveling Plate. The new system has replaced Apogee’s old two piece leveling system, AM-110 and AL-100.

The new AL-120 Solar Mounting Bracket and Leveling Plate replaces our old AM-110 and AL-100, which were over engineered and designed to work with a lot of different sensors.

The AL-120 is at a lower price point and is custom designed to work with Apogee radiation sensor.

The new leveling system features a wave spring, made out of 17-7 stainless steel that has excellent fatigue properties, good corrosion resistance, and minimal heat distortion. The spring acts as a pivoting point to facilitate simple leveling.

The bracket also features captive hardware so you don’t drop the screws, nuts, or washers.

One of the headaches of the old system was that you would level the sensor on the mounting bracket, tighten the screws, and the sensor would become un-level so you would have to start all over again. With the new AL-120 and the wave spring you mount the sensor to the leveling plate, attach the leveling plate to the mounting bracket, mount the bracket to your cross arm or pole, and then adjust the screws on the leveling plate to level.
