As a decently seasoned home baker, I like to think I know my way around baking, but as a beginner paleo baker, I am definitely learning a lot! it's surprisingly different! please share tips if you have any, as well as your favorite recipes!

I made my husband try these for an unbiased opinion and since he is hard to please, I am shocked a his reaction to the carrot cake! I feel like the carrot cake recipe would make great breakfast muffins, just lose the cream cheese!

*if you make the cream cheese frosting, let it chill for a few hours to let it get much thicker! I wish I would have done this!
