In this video I talk about how you can help someone who has been diagnosed with anorexia or someone who you may think has anorexia and they haven't admitted it yet.
I give tips on what to say and also what NOT to say to someone who has or you think may have anorexia.

I made this video to help anyone who is affected by eating disorders - including friends, work colleagues and carers of sufferers. I hope it helps some of you and also inspires those suffering to see recovery IS POSSIBLE. You can fight it . You are strong, beautiful, and important in this world. Don't ever give up. There is a life after an eating disorder!! Please keep fighting.
