STEP 1
Place your non kicking foot behind and to side of the ball. If your non kicking foot is your left foot, place it to the right hand side of the ball. If you're using your right foot for step 1, place it to the left side of the ball.
Then put your kicking foot on top of the ball.

STEP 2
With the sole of your foot, pull the ball back over your non kicking. Lean backwards and raise your weaker foot to lift the ball. See step 2 in the video.

STEP 3
You need to step bak and turn your body. This will allow you to use the outside or the heel of your kicking foot to hit the ball over your head.
