PLANK BANDED SIDE STEP
This exercise targets the Core, Glutes, Hip Flexors & Shoulders. Make sure during the hold that you and keeping the core engaged and the lower back is not dipping too low or curved upwards.
Equipment used is a small loop resistance band, you can find these for really cheap online and there are endless exercises that can be done with them.
