Welcome to today's energy healing session, where we are sending healing energy to help you relax and drift off to sleep. I will be using crystals, light language, Reiki, and other energy healing techniques to guide you into restful slumber. I had hoped for a longer session, but unfortunately, my son woke up toward the end of the recording. These sessions are recorded early in the morning, between 5:00 and 6:00, while he's asleep. To extend the session, I’ve repeated it three times, each with a different sound backdrop: the first features gentle rain sounds, the second includes soothing meditation music, and the third has no music or sound at all. I hope you enjoy the session and experience a few tingles along the way.
