Tonight’s video, I’ll be doing a sound hypnosis! So when I do hypnosis type ASMR, I usually describe what’s happening as it happens - that way it also helps manipulate the brain to focus on what I’d like it to. This time, I simply use sounds in high and low settings, to trick the brain into complete focus rather than continuous snapping which can potentially irritate and cut focus - if that even makes sense haha.
