Perform a Cape Stun followed by a Beatdown to build up to a Combo Takedown.
Use Combo Takedowns to damage Bane's Venom pipes.
Dodge Bane's charge attack by evading right before he touches you.
Move too early, he will adjust his trajectory. Too late, and he will catch you.
