Badam Kheer or Almond Kheer is a delicious Indian dessert where milk is cooked with almond paste, Make it for festivals or special occasions for a delicious treat.

for the almond paste :
almonds - 120g
milk 1/2 cup - (125ml)

for the saffron mixture;
milk 2tbsp - (30ml)
pinch of saffron

for the dessert;
milk 1 litter
powder milk 2tbsp (15g)
cardamom - 2p
sugar 2tbsp (25g)
chopped almonds 4 to 5 pieces
chopped pistachio 4 to 5 pieces
decorated with saffron- optional
