Cake Flour 底筋面粉 : 85g
Cocoa Powder : 15g
Castor Sugar 砂糖 : 20g + 60g
Egg Yolk 蛋黄 : 2
Egg White 蛋白 : 2
Lemon Juice 柠檬汁 : Few Drops
Milk 牛奶 : 30g
烤模尺寸 Baking Mould：7" x 3" x 3"
烘烤时长 Baking time: 160°c for 40 minutes
