Our first EatMoveRest Costa Rica Retreat in March of 2019 was a total success! We enjoyed an abundance of tropical fruits, gourmet vegan meals, sandy beaches, waterfall hikes, yoga, sun gazing, farmers markets, pool time, personal growth, and profound connection with ourselves and others. Farm of Life was the perfect oasis and escape from the daily grind, and all of our EatMoveRest Fam was able to take so much with them back home. We loved getting to connect with so many of you in person, and can't wait to do it again for years to come!
