Описание: The National Herald case has reignited political tensions as the Enforcement Directorate has chargesheeted Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, and Congress veterans Sam Pitroda and Suman Dubey under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). The ED alleges that the Gandhis’ company, Young Indian Pvt Ltd, illegally acquired assets worth over ₹2,000 crore from Associated Journals Ltd for just ₹50 lakh. BJP MP Ravi Shankar Prasad accused the Gandhis of a corporate conspiracy. Congress leaders Ashok Gehlot and Jairam Ramesh slammed the move as political vendetta. The case, originally filed by Subramanian Swamy in 2013, is set for court hearing on April 25.
