Ayane Shiun (Chubby Mermaid) interrupts the fight between Mina Kim and Juliet “Goose” Gusman to make sure it’s a 1 on 1 battle.

Goose gets the upper hand with her painfully effective Guillotine de Brioche submission hold, bringing Mina to the brink of defeat. However, Mina breaks the hold using her replenished spiritual energy (see episode 29).

Mina stands poised to deliver the knock out blow to Goose, when Goose suddenly unveals her final trump card: Golden Egg!

Golden Egg is the most powerful bomb the Gusman family employs, with devastating destructive results. Anyone within a kilometer will feel the effects…and anyone at ground zero is certain to perish.

Goose lays down the golden ultimatum: if Mina forfeits the fight, Goose will disarm the bomb. If Mina doesn’t forfeit, she will die along side Goose in the Golden Egg’s powerful blast. Goose is willing to risk her life for victory in battle…much like Goose’s mother once did in the past to protect the city she loved from Agu’s grip.

The Gusman family may not always be the strongest, but they will use any means to prevent defeat!

“Give up or die”. This is the choice Mina is presented with.

But, Mina has never been one to fear death. Or rather…perhaps she has never truly valued life ever since her mother’s sudden death years ago.

Without getting past the haunting specter of her mother’s memory, will Mina ever truly be able to live for the future?

If she doesn’t quickly develop a love for life before the Golden Egg explodes, Mina might not even HAVE a life to love for much longer!

Then Mouse appears. But, something seems different about her.

As if possessed by some sort of ghost, Mouse appears with otherworldly ice powers. She seemingly stops time and challenges Mina to a fight before Goose’s Golden Egg can explode. Inspired by the final battle in Bruce Lee's Enter the Dragon, they engage in a psychological battle of illusions, ice mirrors, and emotion!
