Ingredients (सामग्री)
1 cup Suji (Semolina)
½ cup Dahi (Curd)
¼–½ cup Pani (batter consistency ke liye)
1 choti Gajar (barik kati hui)
2 tbsp Shimla Mirch (barik kati hui)
2 tbsp Matar (ubli hui)
2 tbsp corn (boil)
1–2 tbsp Hari Dhaniya (kati hui)
1–2 Hari Mirch (barik kati hui – optional)
½ tsp Namak (swad anusar)
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder (optional)
1 tsp ENO ya Baking Soda
1 tsp Tel (greasing ke liye)
1 tsp Til (Sesame seeds) – upar se sprinkle karne ke liye
