In today's Guitar Tutorial we are going to learn Elvis - Suspicious Minds in our Acoustic Guitar Tutorial. I play this on acoustic guitar today and use my fingers throughout (as opposed to a pick), you can do either. The song has a very recognisable intro and verse riff on chords G C & D. I have broken this down with tab. I have also included an easy strum version in case you are not at the level to pick yet.

The chords in the song are G C F D D7 Em Bm Bmin7 B7sus4 B7. If you do not have your barre chords sorted I have included alternatives.

I have hopefully ticked the boxes for a range of abilities in this lesson. It is a cracking song and fun to play regardless of what 'level' you are at.

Techniques we use are hammer ons and fingerpicking.
The song also changes Time Signature from 4/4 to 6/8 in the slowed down middle section.
