Layout: The high-precision spindle saw motor can move left and right, creating a V-shaped crossover, enabling combined cutting of four 6-meter plastic profiles with ±45° and V-shaped cuts, eliminating the need to calculate offsets at the cutting points.
Multi-axis servo drive system: Five servo motors drive the rack and pinion motion, resulting in fast speed and low noise.
Reciprocating loading: Five sets of two retractable loading devices are synchronized via timing belts. While one set is processing, the other can continue manually loading the material, effectively utilizing cutting time.
Gantry feeding: The gantry-style clamping and feeding mechanism ensures accurate first cuts and accurate material feeding according to program settings.
Gantry pulling: The gantry-style clamping and pulling mechanism starts from a reference zero point and pulls the profile to the set size, avoiding cumulative errors caused by continuous feeding and ensuring dimensional accuracy.
Step-by-step cutting: The servo motor on the discharge side first lowers the cutting motor to complete the 45° cut, then raises the motor on the discharge side. The saw motor on the feed side drops down, and during the return stroke, it cuts another 45° angle, eliminating the risk of scrap flying onto the opposite saw blade and loss of precision.
*Movable Worktable: The worktable can be moved left and right to maximize scrap drop and minimize kerf during cutting.
*Movable Material Receiver: The material receiving table before unloading can be moved forward and backward, with a two-stage push-and-discharge mode. It avoids the gantry pull mechanism during cutting and moves to the unloading table when receiving material, making it easier for the operator to retrieve the material.
*Unibody: The machine bed is a one-piece machine. After factory precision tuning, upon arrival at the customer's site, it simply connects to the loading platform and adjusts the level, making installation and commissioning easy.
*Controlled by a high-performance Taiwanese industrial computer, it directly reads the customer's optimized processing data and graphically displays various cutting methods for easy selection.
