Steps to Make a 90° Bend (Horizontal):
1. Tools Required:
Measuring tape
Marker or chalk
Hacksaw or angle grinder
Bending tool or vice (if needed)
Rivet gun or bolts
Straight edge
Safety gloves and goggles
2. Marking:
Measure the tray width (150mm).
From one end of the tray, measure and mark equal distances (usually 150mm) on both side rails.
At the marked point, draw a 45° diagonal line on each side of the tray wall.
