This is a demonstration of a battle ropes workout you can do as part of boxing training, as demonstrated by a University of Cambridge boxer.
Here, you will do the three battle ropes exercises: bilateral waves, unilateral raises, and rope slams. You will do each exercise for 45 seconds and 15 seconds of rest in between the exercises. This is a single set.
If you're a beginner, do a total of 1 - 2 sets. If you're more advanced, do 3 - 5 sets.
