Marathon progression, tutorialization and quest system were so poorly made, nonsensical and beyond fucked Bungie was forced to do a mid playtest wipe and completely scrap the entire progression system and looting in favour of randomized spawns
player TTK is too short
NPC TTK is too long
PVE is a trap avoid if possible
better off ambushing players over NPCs because they’re actually easier to kill
TTK is so fast gear doesn’t really matter
bunch of useless items that cure status effects that are never used because the game is so lethal there is never time to use them
abilities are never used in actual battle because they take too long to use
have a character that can cloak in a fucking extraction shooter
meta devolves into playing said character and ambushing people with a shotgun that is impossible to react to
the game is still not going to be free-to-play
