We have been working closely with Victoria Police, Jesuit Social Services, Victoria University Polytechnic and many other partners to establish the Victoria Police Diversity Program.
This program seeks to increase the representation of African-Australians from refugee and other backgrounds in Victoria Police by providing a stepping stone towards recruitment. Including a 15 week short course, mentoring and support we hope that this program will introduce the next generation of Police Officers to Victoria Police.
