I went to a Japanese restaurant the other night with friends that does late night sushi but ordered katsu because #pregnant and when the katsu came out I was seriously like what the?!? It was stick thin, dry, and had like 5 pieces. SO lame. And shameful. I could make it WAY better at home.
In contrast, this Hawaiian place makes theirs thick, juicy, and fresh. Local Hawaiians were you at?! Come teach this restaurant how to make katsu properly lol
