Why Is This Not Zygarde's Final Form?
Mega Zygarde's Role In Pokemon ZA Was to restore balance… but recently it had to undertake something that required it to Mega Evolve, making the legendary Pokemon Zygarde go beyond 100%.
I don't think this form is complete Zygarde either. It needs to merge with Z Power.
