Описание: The S. A. Meier Co. of Milwaukee, Inc. Model SBF4-MT1 is a blend of our new high performance score bend fixture and the flexible Mark-10 ESM303 test stands and M5 force gauge.
The SBF4-MT1 is designed for dedicated Score Bend applications but will also support our opening force fixture OPEN FORCE FIX for smaller size containers.
The score bend fixture features precision machined components with adjustments and combined with state of the art electronic angle sensor interfaced with the ESM303 test stand. Programmed overload protection helps protect the load sensor for accidental overloads during test or setup. The exceptionally small foot print, 7.6” x 13.95”, is especially ideal for areas with limited space. The tester base plate has threaded mounting holes for permanent mounting to a table or mobile cart.
The Score Bend Tester is flexible and can be run at different speeds with results displayed in most standard force units. To maintain test integrity password protected is provided so changes can only be made by authorized individuals. Hand switch operated air clamping system is standard and for areas with optional foot switch control available. For areas without an air source, a manual closing system is also available. The mounted protractor provides visual indication of angle.
An usb data port is standard for easy connection to a pc and will interface with most data collection systems. A software wedge is an option and will allow data input into Windows based programs included data bases, spreadsheets, and text documents.
