Marlon du Toit guided a private Wild Eye safari to Mombo Camp, Kings Pool Camp and then back again to Mombo Camp in February, 2014. The Okavango Delta is well known and Mombo is located in the heart of it on Cheif's Island. It did not disappoint at all. Game viewing was superb, everyday offered something new and interesting.
King's Pool is based right on the infamous Linyanti River within the Linyanti Concession. Summer time can be a little tough due to the large Mopane thickets, yet regardless of that we enjoyed incredible sightings of elephants and wild dogs.
This combination of lodges is pure magic and will guarantee the wildlife experience of a lifetime.
