Found these from Deal extreme for less than 15€ a piece; had to order one for a closer look. These are so much better than the old IDE cages I had; I no longer need to first bolt the disk on a caddy and then put the caddy inside the bay. This thing just takes a bare SATA disk and that's it.
Here you also see the eject-mechanism.
