Exploring The Enchanting Wonders Of Ha Long Bay And The Vibrant Hai Phong City!

Описание: We sail into Ha Long Bay in the early hours and wonder at this iconic seascape bought to life by the rising sun. Today we are doing a city tour of Hai Phong taking in some small local businesses run out of people's houses. We meet some locals and have a snack at someone's house before making our way for lunch with superb views over the city.

In the afternoon we take in a. local temple and a pagoda before making the obligatory stop at a cultured pearl factory.

We made a bucket list of places we want to visit and Steve’s choice was Asia, he loves the continent, enjoys exploring the culture and landscapes. So we booked a cruise with Celebrity Cruises adding on some hotel days at the start and end of the holiday to explore Hong Kong and Singapore. Neither of us have been to the places on this itinerary previously.

So on this adventure we explore on our own and we also take ship excursions to maximise our time and experience.

Our next vlog series will focus on Joanne’s choice of location, which may surprise you, but you’ll have to wait for that one.
