Meditation is not just sitting motionless in the lotus position.
Meditation is being in a state of contemplation of the self.
It can happen while dancing, bathing in the sea, tending the garden at home, in the shower, or sitting in front of a bonfire.
It is important to practice breathing exercises, which do induce altered states of consciousness.
Meditation matters today because the world accelerates and fragments attention.The mind receives constant stimuli, overlapping information, and external urgencies.Presence dissolves when the outer rhythm shapes every gesture.
Meditation restores center and opens inner space.It allows the moment to be inhabited with clarity in the midst of movement.It renews a living relationship with the body, the breath, and direct experience.
In this time, meditation means growing in consciousness.It means expanding perception while life unfolds.It means evolving inwardly while remaining engaged with the world.
Meditation integrates into everyday life as a way of being more awake,more sensitive,more connected to what is essential.
That is why now.That is why here.That is why in every gesture.
Meditation is remembered.It lives in the body when attention settles gently and perception opens.
It lives in the slow gesture of an intimate dance.In hands touching moist earth and sensing its pulse.In a garden tended with presence, where every leaf participates in the moment.In conscious walking, where each step becomes an encounter.
It flows in a swim in the sea,when water envelops the bodyand breath synchronizes with the deep rhythm of life.It expresses itself in the shower, where water falls like a continuous chant.It breathes in a small, luminous fire, sharing silence and warmth.
Each being enters through their own doorway.The experience adapts to the unique rhythm of the one who lives it.Presence reveals itself when the moment is fully inhabited.
Breathing acts as a bridge.Conscious breath harmonizes the mind, expands perception, and refines inner listening.Time becomes spacious.The sense of being becomes whole.
This music accompanies that state.It holds the space.It allows entry into a cadence where feeling becomes natural and deep.
Breathe.Perceive.Inhabit.
In this way, meditation unfolds as a living state,integrated into movement, stillness, and every everyday gesture.
Meditation does not require a specific posture.The body finds its own form when presence is alive.Sitting, moving, floating, walking, or breathing while standing become natural expressions of the same inner state.
