Gears gave +18% sync boost to Hau.
Needs a SEUN MPR and no missed sync crits. I think the para on Hydro Pump mattered.
I think your enjoyment of this event depends on how communicative your gym is. I'm fortunate enough to be part of a gym that coordinated with each other very well, but I've seen the posts being frustrated at how other members weren't in the same wavelength with strategies and whatnot. Being able to talk to each other throughout this event is very important if you want to aim high, so I do hope they improve the in-game communication tools at least.
In any case, this was the highest circuit I was able to do without needing any help from Cheering. I know there are more optimized setups for this stage that don't use SS Hau, but I would much rather use my favorite malasada boy.
