Описание: I’ve been wanting to use Tech Todoroki again in My Hero Ultra Rumble for quite some time now so finally in Season 15 I’m doing it. This has always been one of my favorites to play purely because of how effective he is for catching wakeups. His AoE pressure is extremely strong and he has the means of doing it numerous times in a run along with the ability to protect himself somewhat with his ice structures and gamma. Because of this I see him as easily one of it not the best AoE attacker in Ultra Rumble but with the massive weakness of lack of mobility of any kind.
