1. 1673 - covers the opening, Citizen comments, Council Comments, ABCC license change approval (approx. 45 mins)
2. 1674 - segment from the meeting covering the full discussion on the5 Year fiscal forecast & discussion (approx. 1 hr 33 mins)
3. 1675 - segment from the meeting covers the Capital Budget discussion and the remainder of the meeting (approx. 2 hours and 3 mins)
