THE REIN BAZAR POLICE HAVE BUSTED MULTI NETWORK ORGANIZED CRIME (CHEATING CASE)
On credible information, on 24.03.2026, the sleuths of Rein Bazar Police apprehended (02) accused persons at Ethebar Chowk, Mirchowk, Charminar, Hyderabad. The particulars of accused persons are A1 Mohammed Akram @ Akram S/o Mohammed Ismail, age 22 years, Occ: Business (digital Marketing) R/o H.No. 18-8-492, Kummari Wadi, Edi Bazaar, Hyderabad and A2 Mohd. Nouman Raza s/o Mohd. Hafeezuddin, age 22 years, Occ: Business (digital Marketing) R/o H.No. 6-2-423, Hussaini pura, Karimnagar. Wherein the accused persons are involved in Digital Marketing Scheme and cheated the innocent members by dragging them into illegal business activities, and have collected huge money by falsely luring the public to join in the scheme and to promote Forever Living Products, and by deceiving the innocent public they make them to join in the scheme to get easy money. Initially the accused A1 and A2 collects money Rs 200/- from innocent customers towards joining fee and creates ID by submitting ID proof. After that they will collect money RS 30,000/- from innocent customers and provides products to them by luring them that they will earn money in an easy way.

A2 Mohd. Nouman Raza s/o Mohd. Hafeezuddin, age 22 years, Occ: Business (digital Marketing) R/o H.No. 6-2-423, Hussaini pura, Karimnagar
MOTIVE & MODUS OPERANDI:
The accused A1 Mohammed Akram @ Akram is maintaining a social media account i.e Instagram with ID akram_dreams. The accused A2 Nouman Raza is the associate of A1 In the year 2021 A1 noticed advertisement of forever Living products on the reels of Rahul Kattiyar. The accused A1 attracted with the same, and purchased products. A1 have joined in the said business as FBO (Forever Business Owner) in the position of “New us Customer”. He had purchased product of Forever living product of worth Rs 30000/-
A1 took the premises of about 3000 Sq ft, on the 2nd Floor, opposite Gallexy, Karmanghat, Saroor Nagar, RR District on lease on a monthly rental of Rs. 70,000/- and established his office in the name and style as Achievers Club, then A1 and A2 started recruitment process by posting reels on the Instagram regarding the sale of Forever Living products and to earn easy money from home. A1 secured almost 40 members and provided them with the phone numbers to contact innocent people who are aged about 18 to 25 years. The accused A2 also colluded with A1 and joined with him. Initially the newly joined person supposed to pay money Rs 200/- to create his ID in said company, after that he collected money Rs 30,000/- from newly joined person and provided company products. For which A1 will get some money 40 to 50 % towards commission from each customer. Likewise, some time he collected money from innocent public and neither returned money nor provided company products and cheated them.
On sale of such products by the immediate joined person, we would get active income on commission basis i.e. 40 to 50% commission on my direct customers, and up to 6 % commission on first generation, and upto 3% commission on the second-generation commission and 2% commission on third generation on each product on joining of new purchasers.
In these process 12 FBOs have got promotion as Managers who are recruited under my ID due to which A1 and other got the commission with all those 12 members sale transactions of the Forever Living Products and A1 got a promotion as Sapphire Manager and got so much of income as commission, in which at present A3 to A10 and others are doing active business due to which the accused had got good income.
