This week we look at one of the most beloved 80s Vampire Horror Flicks: FRIGHT NIGHT for real!!

In 1985, Tom Holland asked the question: What if a teenage horror film fan believed his next door neighbor was a Vampire? Charlie Brewster, played by William Ragsdale, enlists the help of famed horror movie host Peter Vincent, the incredible RoddyMcDowell, to stop a vampire who lives next door. Jerry Dandridge played by the super smooth Chris Sarandon is the vampire who also has his sights set on Charlie's main squeeze Amy, played by the charming Amanda Bearse and his best friend Evil Ed played by Stephen Geoffreys. The Cast, Performances and chemistry set the film apart from other 80s Horror Flicks. It also has great practical effects and a razor sharp script from Director Tom Holland. Celebrating its 40th FlimAVersary, this is one late night horror flick that has stood the test of time!
