My name is Duane G. Davis Sr. On May 8, 2008, you informed me you would investigate my case in Lake County Jail. Enclosed are letters and evidence for a federal investigation by the Department of Justice into corruption and racism in the courts concerning the prison industry under Gov. O’Malley and Lt. Gov. Brown. I have enclosed 60% of the material needed; the rest can be collected from the people and officials named in the attached subpoenas.

Baltimore and Waukegan need you to have a federal grand jury fully investigate my case. You sent Eric Holder to Ferguson. Baltimore, Maryland and Zion, Illinois want “next.” I have jailhouse diaries exposing public defenders, state’s attorneys, and judges knowingly denying inmates their civil, human, and constitutional rights under the law.

In 2012, you gave this nation “The Audacity of Hope.” Today in September 2013, I’m giving you “The Reality of Truth.” Blacks in America have no rights that the centrally controlled power structure has to respect. This is the new face of Jim Crow. Democrats and Republicans share in the cash cow of the American prison industry.

In these pages you will see America’s ugly truth. I wrote every Senator and Congressman, and officials at the city, state, and federal levels. Everyone named in the attached subpoenas needs to be held accountable. Gov. O’Malley and Lt. Gov. Brown tried to have me killed. Phone calls to the FBI can verify my statement. Chief Justice Roberts’ clerk instructed me on what to do in 2007. Now is the time to bring this issue to the forefront.

We need a “Great Race Debate.” And this book, “The Minority Report,” is going to be a start. Gov. O’Malley has a copy. Lt. Gov. Brown has a DVD and a shoe. Ken Ulman has the emails and Alan Loucks of the Department of Justice has evidence to support my request for a federal grand jury to come to Baltimore.

I will be sending you the shoe and another DVD to go with the ones I have sent you since 2008. Carrie Kagawa was my contact person from your Chicago office (230 S. Dearborn, Suite 3900). Sen. Kirk, Sen. Durbin, Sen. Cardin, Sen. Mikulski, and Rep. Cummings each have a file and a DVD. My movie, “Letters to Zion,” is coming out soon. I want the world to see democracy and a dream come true.
