Hello everyone and welcome. Today I'm sharing a modern stylish family beach house, built for a family of 4, on the Island of Windenburg. It's a double story, 2 bedroom and office, converted into toddler bedroom. It has a gorgeous balcony overlooking the beach. You will also meet the McCoys, the family I created for this modern house. Malcolm and Diane grew up in Sulani, they have a mutual love of the ocean and decided to settle in Windenburg, away from the hustle and bustle of a tourist destination. Malcolm is a conservationist and Diane enjoys making and selling her crafts. They have 2 Children, 7 year old Ayden and 2 year old Shelly. They are a very close, ocean loving family, spending pretty much every moment of their time together. You can find the cc version of this family on The Sims 4 gallery.
