This model demonstrates the industrial process of metal rolling, where thickness is reduced through compression between two rotating cylinders.

🛠️ Materials Needed:
9V DC Motor: To provide the rotational power.
9V Battery: High-quality battery for consistent energy.
Popsicle Sticks: To build the main vertical support frame.
Rollers: Cylindrical tubes (PVC or wood) to press the material.
Pulley & Belt: To transfer motion and increase torque.
Cardboard Base: For a stable working platform.

⚙️ How It Works:
The machine uses a belt-drive system to connect the motor to the rollers. When the motor turns, the large pulley slows down the speed but increases the torque, allowing the rollers to grip and press materials like aluminum foil or thin metal sheets.
