🧪 The Science Explained:
The Conflict: In early spring, the temperature is low, and the plant's roots are weak.
The Problem: If the plant keeps the First Fruit (closest to the roots), it sends all its limited energy to that one fruit. The plant stops growing taller and becomes a "Dwarf Plant."
The Solution: By removing the first fruit, you force the plant to switch from "Reproductive Growth" (making fruit) back to "Vegetative Growth" (making leaves and stems).
The Result: A bigger, stronger bush that can support dozens of fruits later in the summer!
