In Part Three, I look at the criminal case, witnesses (Pat Hodges and David Smith) Explain how the bodies were found and the significance of the photo evidence of the perpetrators on the moors in relation to the body placement. I analyse the statements made by Hindley and Brady, also looking at sentencing and parole. Hindley relationships in prison and her escape plans with a prison guard/girlfriend Patricia Cairns.

Look at both Hindley’s and Brady life in incarceration as well as their time spent on the moors with the police to search for bodies. Explain in the why in 2009 the police had to call off the search for Keith Bennett, 2017 a court order for Ian Brady briefcases to be allowed to be unlocked and the reasons this order was not granted.

Explain who being a secondary victim can affect and change your life, with regards to the families of all the five victims in this case.
