Описание: We came back off a delayed flight at Bournemouth so missed our booked 10am ferry. For some reason unbeknown to us the next ferry was £20 more? As we entered the marshalling area the guy in the booth said go in to the waiting lane so we did...stayed there for just under an hour, then this guy in the video turned up while cars were loading onto the 11am ferry and was really rude, provoking us rather than just walking away. This guy demands more money to allow travel on a half empty ferry....the £20 demanded is pocketed with no receipt given as our car is driven on to the ferry. He knows full well that the customers have no option but to use the ferry to get home and continues to provoke reactions. The customers have not been abusive.... they just asked why the extra charge on an apparently half full ferry and also why the ticket collector didn't explain the extra charge during the hour that the customers waited for the ferry? Nothing abusive, just sensible questions.
