Описание: Në këtë video është prezantuar webinari i dytë i organizuar nga Agjencia Kombëtare e Rinisë me temën: “Histori frymëzuese të grave sipërmarrëse” | "Inspirational stories of women entrepreneurs", i mbajtur më 18.02.2026. Webinari u realizua në kuadër të projektit EmpowerHER, me mbështetje nga ERASMUS+, dhe mblodhi rreth 75 pjesëmarrës, të cilët patën mundësi të përfitojnë njohuri praktike mbi:

Frymëzimi përmes historive reale suksesi.
Fuqizimi gratë në sipërmarrje dhe lidership.
Ndarja e përvojave praktike dhe mësime nga terreni.
Nixtja e guximit për të nisur ose zhvilluar një biznes.
Krijimi i një hapësire motivimi dhe rrjetëzimi.

Trajnimi u udhëhoq nga Saniela Xhaferi, Drejtor në Drejtorinë Rajonale në AKPA Vlorë dhe Drejtor Ekzekutiv në Organizatën e Shoqërisë Civile TPA Center/ Thinking, Planning, Acting Center; Vlorë.

Projekti EmpowHER synon të promovojë dialogun ndërkulturor ndërmjet vajzave të reja nga zonat rurale evropiane dhe nga vendet e Rajonit 1 (zona e Ballkanit Lindor), me qëllim zhvillimin e aftësive bazë digjitale të nevojshme për krijimin dhe menaxhimin e bizneseve të vogla online.

In this video, the second webinar organized by the National Youth Agency was presented, with the theme: “Histori frymëzuese të grave sipërmarrëse” | “Inspirational stories of women entrepreneurs,” held on 18.02.2026. The webinar was carried out within the framework of the EmpowerHER project, supported by ERASMUS+, and gathered around 75 participants, who had the opportunity to gain practical knowledge on:

-Inspiration through real success stories.
-Empowering women in entrepreneurship and leadership.
-Sharing practical experiences and lessons from the field.
-Encouraging the courage to start or grow a business.
-Creating a space for motivation and networking.

The training was led by Saniela Xhaferi, Director at the Regional Directorate of AKPA Vlora and Executive Director at the Civil Society Organization TPA Center / Thinking, Planning, Acting Center; Vlora.

The EmpowerHER project aims to promote intercultural dialogue among young women from rural European areas and from Region 1 countries (Eastern Balkan area), with the goal of developing basic digital skills needed to create and manage small online businesses.
