This sewing tutorial will walk you through the steps to construct a Sweet Lolita dress for Ellowyne Wilde. The design has a high-waisted fitted bodice with a square collar and trumpet sleeves with a row of gathering stitches at the mid arm and a generous multi-layered ruffle skirt with lace trim.
