I started having pain in my left shoulder years ago, and it became considerably worse last year. As a result, I was unable to any heavy pressing and some other exercises for most of the last six months of 2025.
Last Fall I started a rehab regimen consisting of four exercises. This was combined with some time off completely from any strength training.
I now have full range of motion only a slight amount of pain. As a result, I've been back to my full upper body strength training routine and I've made good progress over the last month.
These exercises can help out if you are looking to increase the range of motion in your golf swing.
If you are having issues with a shoulder, you definitely want to get it diagnosed and start rehabbing it so you can avoid missing time in the gym and on the golf course!
