ICE CUBE TRAY SUSHI
I saw this on @allrecipes and had to try it. Thanks @annibell14 for all the awesome content and ideas!
To make it really easy I used Trader Joe's Ahi Tuna. @traderjoes
I wanted to add vegetables to my Sushi so I diced them up and infused them in the rice. It's a great way to be healthy, and to add some color for the visuals.
Place the cling wrap in the tray, pushing it as far down as you can. Using a chopstick helps.
Add your fish, followed by your vegetable infused sushi rice and pack it down tight.
Flip it (good!) and carefully remove the tray and cling wrap.
There you go - a beautiful Sushi platter!
