There's a strong 'portato' (pulsing) feel in this song. I feel I've played it too strong with the staccato on this cover.
I've tried to notate all the details of Nick's dynamics here (including some staccatissimo (very short staccato) moments), even though I suspect Nick was playing by feel and playing on the fly.
Recording notes: DI, no amp plugins, some EQ and compression.
