Is a 5x5 base on a cliffs edge viable? (7 Days to Die: Alpha 20)

Today is my third base in the 5x5 challenge posted by @Glock9, in which the aim is to build a base that doesn't exceed 5x5 blocks, but can go as high (or deep) as you like. For this one I decided (for better or worse?) to build on the edge of a cliff, rather than digging out a pit. I was aiming for a loop base, but ended up with an AFK one instead?!
